8310/7310 Xterm Upgrade
Change Highlights:
- Fixed a bug in the satlink self-timed formatter where the offset value (age in minutes of most recent data), in pseudo-binary formatted transmissions could be wrong. The errant value could sometimes be computed from an incorrect measurement output, including one that may have been excluded from transmission altogether
- Minor bug fixes and improvements to Satlink self-timed INSAT formatter
- Fixed a bug where satlink power output was set incorrectly for sat types INSAT, ARGOS, and SCD
- Reduced frequency of requests for tx window close time from Satlink, to improve efficiency

3. Added “time of min” and “time of max” outputs to Average measurement type
4. Improved handling of late measurements in sample cache logic
5. Updates made to SDRAM speed and management to address issues with newer SDRAM memories
6. Improvements to Iridium: a) Added station name to header; b) Added fall-back on GPRS failure
7. SSP TimeTag format updated to make it easier for XConnect to decode
8. Writes to single MODBUS registers now occurs using the single register write command, rather than the multiple register write command with count set to 1 (some devices support only single write)
