We want to help you continue to use our products effectively as your requirements evolve over time. We offer follow-on support contracts for our Satellite Receivers and Software Products. The service includes:

  • Technical support via telephone and email during normal business hours
  • Software upgrades: We continue to improve our products with bug-fixes and new features. We make updates available to supported users as soon as they have been thoroughly tested. We welcome your comments and suggestions in this endeavor.
  • Remote configuration and trouble-shooting assistance. If your IT/firewall infrastructure allows, we can access your system remotely and securely (via SSH and/or VPN).


Support Service will help you with:
  • Configuring and running LRGS, the DCS Toolkit, and DECODES.
  • Linux OS, Java, and Middleware packages.
  • Assistance with keeping your Linux OS, Java, and Middleware secure and up-to-date.
  • Troubleshooting specific problems
  • Integrating our products with your other systems (database systems, remote processors, etc.)
