- Technical support via telephone and email during normal business hours
- Software upgrades: We continue to improve our products with bug-fixes and new features. We make updates available to supported users as soon as they have been thoroughly tested. We welcome your comments and suggestions in this endeavor.
- Remote configuration and trouble-shooting assistance. If your IT/firewall infrastructure allows, we can access your system remotely and securely (via SSH and/or VPN).
