    PROBLEM The Three Gorges Dam, the world’s largest power station in terms of installed capacity (22,500 MW), is a hydroelectric dam that spans the Yangtze River in Hubei province. When the government needed to establish a system to acquire Real-Time Data from the Dam and send it to headquarters in order to maximize Hydro-Power Production & Flood Control, it awarded the contract to design, build and install the system components.
