7310 and 8310 V2.0
Upgrade for 7310 and 8310 data loggers. Use this file to upgrade via SD Card or Terminal session. Released November 28, 2012
Please note: when upgrading v1.1.x to any higher version, you must upgrade the
loader! See the file readme.txt (or refer to the 8310 manual section, "Upgrade the Boot Loader").
While not recommended, if you choose to downgrade to v1.1.x from any higher version, you must back up your data
and setup first, as the content of the Flash Disk will be lost!

Includes Satlink1, Satlink2, Satlink Display, & Communicator software for PC.
Built in Novermber of 2011, the latest version of Satlink software is 7.20.
Satlink software version 7.20 supports GOES V2 specifications. If your Satlink does not have V2 hardware, there is no reason to upgrade to 7.20. That being said, there is no harm in upgrading any Satlink 2 to 7.20.
Please note that a V1 Satlink may be upgraded to V2 hardware by sending the unit to Sutron for modification.
The latest software versions are 7.20 for Satlink2, 5.15 for Satlink1, 3.40 for Satlink Display SD, and 2.08 for Display. |

If your station is deployed & working, do not upgrade. If your station has not been deployed, please take a look at the history of the software to see whether there are any new features that might interest you, or any bug fixes that may affect your station. |
