The Customer Service Department's
goal is to maximize the flow of data from
the Hydrological and Meteorological stations
on which our customers rely.
Our telephone support, (703)406-2800, provided
to many customers who are responsible for
station
maintenance, is highly successful at resolving
problems without having to remove any
existing
equipment.
When repair is required, Sutron's Customer
Service Department returns most items within
30 days. Some products require longer term
testing after repair. However, our steadfast
goal is to return all Sutron-manufactured
items within 30 days.
Because Sutron designs and manufactures
all of the Dataloggers and Satellite Transmitters
that we sell, we are able to provide the
most expedient repair process available
in the industry.
We are committed to Training and offer several
different Training options. Moreover, we
also visit customers in the field to directly
assist with set-up and maintenance of their
stations. Classroom training held at our
customers' offices as well as scheduled
at our Sutron Corporate Headquarters in
Sterling, Va. are also available.
