Manuals are created and maintained using MS Word. The Technical Writer must be experienced with MS Word templates, indexes, cross references, tables of contents, headers, footers etc.
This is a part-time job in Sutron's Research & Development Division in Sterling, Virginia. Telecommuting will be acceptable for a portion of the work.

- Real-Time Web Applications (JSP/Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, Javascript & AJAX)
- Demonstrated proficiency with Postgres, multi-threading, Swings, SQL, UML, XML, Design Pattern, Shell/Perl; Tomcat, Eclipse, VNC, Cygwin, CVS, ANT, Maven
