Develop embedded systems using the latest technologies. The products you help design will go all over the world to help monitor and manage the environment. The primary emphasis of this position is to assist in the design and test of the circuitry and software that goes into our sensors, data recorders and telemetry devices.
The candidate will also be involved in writing start-up procedures to ensure equipment is properly installed and properly functioning per specifications.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- BS or MS EE or Equivalent
- Proficient in C/C++ and assembly languages
- Experience with microcontrollers including those by MicroChip and Freescale.
- Experience with CPLD, UARTS, SPI, I2C, A/D, PWM and other related devices.
- Experience with BIT software.
- HW design and layout experience is a plus.
- 2-4 yrs. experience on several projects
